Too many of us don’t live on our terms, a truly lamentable reality. With this overstimulating world, there’s so much damn noise, plenty people in your ear and face. We need them noise cancellation headphones for our minds. Remember yourself. It’s our responsibility to cut out the noise, the bad bad bad sounds, thoughts, or debris. Negative thoughts no dey ever cast but we have to fight back intentionally. It's a common oversight for many to forget that this is their life, this is a friendly reminder that it is your life, my dear. Say it over and over and over till you acknowledge it. Autonomy exists and I will always remind you of that. I know It can be a significant challenge to navigate through remaining authentic to yourself so Here are some valuable sources for your mind this week.

  3. Yungnollywood, it’s a breeding ground for the self-love girls, a very fertile space for your mind, especially for the girlies. Delving into positive affirmations, self-love reminders, and messages to empower your mind and also make you laugh. A good laugh is always very essential.
